Very poor and ad hoc in terms of process. There is not even an internal portal where employees can have access to their salary or leaves etc. Management keeps changing every week. Moreover instead of management, a set of old people dominate the company and the day to day decisions and they usually have control over all the departments, you only have the option to follow them to be in the system. Health insurance will be applicable only after you get your employment confirmed. Lack of coordination among key departments responsible for product delivery.

Dislikes

Work life balance is just "0". Management expects you to be available in any weekend and on any national holiday without any prior notice. Employees are not supposed to say "NO" and due to irrational estimates and commitments to clients, employees are usually and frequently forced to work on 24*7 mode. Even after 12 years of inception of company, It is not able to deliver a single stable build to its customers. open Production issues are reported in double digits on daily basis. Except 4-5 old and established employee others usually remain silent followers.

Rewards and recognition system is not there yet. It would be good if have transportation facilities.

You will get a lot of challenges which will help in Learning. Too much biased. Zero work life balance, culture here only means unnecessary events in which is organised by HR and enjoyed by them. You will not get time to participate. And a lot of cheap quality china product gifts. Hire and fire culture.
