HR SHWETHA TANDRA was the Worst and Un professional Hr she don't even check her emails and responds to that I didn't received my salary and she was not even responding Joined prospance as US it recruiter and without any prior notice they terminated and dint even get salary for the days I worked there

I worked in 6months.No job security. twice a month fire the employees without reason. Just use and throw the management. Here there is no ethics. Finally my suggestion.. Don't go work on prospance infotech. As specially family person's.

I got relived before covid, But they rush the resource to join. But after contract period with other concern, They through out on the same day.

Nothing, No reporting person, HR change every three months. You will lost in middle. without point of contact. No proper communication.

Pathetic organization if you see any positive review please note that they will pay people to write a positive review .I worked for 3 years without single rupee hike . When you say hike they ask you can look outside opportunities . Naukri please help us in passing on this critical review even they are planning to stop this critical review do not buy them . No professional ethics at all . They will say contract is over without prior notice. Beware even if you send a buffalo to this organization it will become the worst creature on this planet.planet
