I worked in 6months.No job security. twice a month fire the employees without reason. Just use and throw the management. Here there is no ethics. Finally my suggestion.. Don't go work on prospance infotech. As specially family person's.

I got relived before covid, But they rush the resource to join. But after contract period with other concern, They through out on the same day.

Pathetic organization if you see any positive review please note that they will pay people to write a positive review .I worked for 3 years without single rupee hike . When you say hike they ask you can look outside opportunities . Naukri please help us in passing on this critical review even they are planning to stop this critical review do not buy them . I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up.
