Nothing....there is nothing to like about prorama such an toxic work culture with mentally unstable persons and their administration.

Everything..the biggest flaw in the work place is manager ....such a biggest crack and there is no proper authority to raise a complaint about an issue

At Prorama bioscience, I appreciate the dynamic work culture ,The team consistently supported professional development ,offering training opportunities and recognition for achievements ,people can manage work life balance very well in this company ,Work environment is very supportive and positive.

I didn't find any negative things in this company

Management is fine office is small with only 3-4 employees, so there's opportunity to learn (if the manager allows working on multiple projects)

Dislikes

Located in remote area Work hours gets extended Weekend offs only for the manager while others are supposed to work on Saturdays and sometimes even sundays
