I joined as a sales executive but the asm,rsm (anil ahlawat) was not good .sometimes use abusive languages,HR bhavika singh was supportive in nature .Rsm will never support you and always think about bad future of his juniors.Company was good but the job security was not there.RSM pressurise me to put resign. In my opinion,this has only waste my time.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
