Propvivo is the worst workplace I've ever encountered, with extreme levels of micromanagement and toxic favoritism. The CEO not only involves himself in every small detail but shows blatant favoritism towards his love interest, who controls key decisions in the company. They frequently go on lavish trips abroad while employees are overburdened with unreasonable workloads. Key figures like Mayank and Mahima further contribute to the toxic atmosphere. Mayank has no respect for work-life boundaries, calling at odd hours, including late at night, and expecting immediate responses. Mahima, who lacks the technical skills needed for her role, spends more time commanding others than actually understanding or contributing to the work. There is no respect for weekends or holidays—it’s an unspoken rule that you're expected to work on these days. Missing a weekend call can lead to severe pressure to resign. The CEO monitors everything through CCTV, nitpicking the smallest issues like phone usage. Worse still, the company’s treatment of women is appalling. There have been instances where female employees are subtly pushed out before they can request maternity leave, just so the company can avoid paying them. The company shows no empathy or support for working mothers and does everything in its power to evade its legal obligations. Overall, this company is built on exploitation, personal grudges, and complete disregard for employee well-being. Stay away if you value your mental health, work-life balance, or basic respect as a professional.
