...nagement is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a of political and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to New joinees.

It's a good company. Working culture is also good.

Dislikes

...ill give you support. Where they will come to know that you are about to leave. They will start throwing tantrums in giving your salary It's a matter of incentive on top of that, they eat everything themselves and don't give it to anyone. I worked with Jasneet Sethi👈 and Tarun Gupta👈. At the time of leaving I asked them for my salary both denied and said don't text us for your salary. That's all I'll say. Stop playing with people's Innocence, if someone is working at your place, then give him at least that much which he can take it out his expense

Nothing is good in this company Your manager will give half money when the salary date is close . Many time they hide many things regarding your clients. They steal every client from you and they don't give you full salary overall it's a fraud company.

If I talk about skills development then that's very good ...as you will learn much about the real estate but if I talk about salary and incentive part then this company is worst in this matter as they don't give you full salary according to your work even they don't identify your hard work and this way you can't get motivated, they just die for revenue and if revenues generated by sales then only upper level will eat and those who is doing hard work will not get anything.
