About salary it’s worst. When I joined they offered me the package 10,000 less than my previous organisation but offered my other colleagues 20-30k which is affecting me now.

...ementation. -Worst work experience ever. -Toxic work culture. -No HR policies. -Salary gets delayed almost every month. -Managers do Video call anytime and if not attended, it's an escalation. -One should not make even eye contact from different project members. -May force you to resign anyday and anytime.

Few important points to consider @ Propharma Group, Hyderabad 1. Office work environment is very nice and the leadership is very cooperative and understanding. 2. Employee satisfaction, productivity and overall workplace is dynamic. Here we do hybrid work mode. 3. Every employee develop their skills by learning everywhere. 4. As usual, If your working style and productivity is meeting the standard, 100% recognition will be there. 5. When it comes to job security, with compared to market, I can recommend it is the good place. 6. Company culture and recognition is at par.

1. Distance - I need to travel nearly 48 km per day and need to change 2 trains. My health doesnt support to travel this far and i take medication daily to travel. 2. Salary - Bonus, hike must be increased a bit. I dont request to give more but pay the person according to work and effort they put for this company. 3. Less appreciation - An employee needs appreciation and be valued atleast once a month to boost up and work happily.
