Deducted salary not given during covid. Incentive money earned around 2 lacs, not given by Property Pistol pvt ltd to the whole team. Hire freshers in low package and candidates give resign if they dont get incentive. Will suggest freshers not to join property pistol, its a big scam in the name of work satisfaction , job and many more.

...o Growth at all you will only get growth if you are a CHAMCHA of your Manager Payment- Freshers be ALERT specially college placement They will give a big CTC amount around 7 to 8 L per annum and your take home would be around 3L(without any PF detection) if you ask for PF detection then you'll need to pay Company contribution on your now so take home salary becomes around 2.4L per annum. No PF Detection. No Helth Insurance. No Family Insurance. No Cafeteria Incentives- You will NEVER get inventives. While you are new they will say you will get Inventives after Booking after Booking it will go to after Agreement after agreement it goes to after Disbursement and the cycle continues but you won't get any Incentives. Management won't give you anything in written and everything is done orally, so Incentives are either not realised by Company or the Middle Management eat you Incentives Management- Few TL's are really Good and Helpful but few with zero Leadership Qualities are only in Organisation because they belong to Native Place of Regional Head and have some old relations with them, they will use you and throw you once you are useless for them Work Life Balance/Holidays- Zero Work life Balance as per company policies working hours are from 10 am to 6:30 pm but they will make you seat till 7:30 pm weekly offs are on Tuesday and alternate Wednesdays but you won't get Offs on Wed and you will need to work on Tuesdays.There is a list provide by HR on Official Leaves this leaves are also not given to you, and no extra pay is given on this working days. They will expect you everything from you but will not give anything in return except salary. You will never get your incentives. After 6 months of job you will realise that company was just using you. They will keep postponing the date for giving incentives.
