The technical support team was the only good thing here.

Everything else was really a bad experience for me. Salary is not given on-time, I didn't learn a thing here. No proper procedures for new joinees, no guidance for freshers also. Every time a meeting is scheduled for newcomers each and every time its cancelled and apparently doesn't take place. I am happy to leave this company tbh. My one month salary is still pending by the way after leaving the company.

The Company is open to innovation and ready adopt latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable. and I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. And also there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like my team leader to guide them step-by-step, which is pain sometimes.

The quality of leads is very bad. I joined Property Pistol after seeing many dreams and thought I will earn incentive but I started getting leads after 2 months of joining.And now I have also received a PIP from the company

1. No Appraisals to be expected within organization, even you are here for 2/3years even and after of giving lakhs of ruppes business. 2. Commitment are not meant to be stand on. 3. Management felt so dicy. 4. Can't felt a self growth. 5. Full of politics. Much to Say......
