As per my personal experience i Rated 5 stars in terms of following pointers - 1. On Time Salary. 2. On Time Incentives & Higher than others. 3. Job Security (No Hire & Fire Culture like other Real estate Companies) 4. Rules & Regulations.

Just a company to start career with.

Dislikes

Do not expect anything from company except your salary. No weekoff, no leaves. Even work from home and half day are considered as weekoff. Lot of pressure (obvious in sales)

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
