No growth. Salary offered to new joinees are much higher than old employees. Demotivating old employees and full support for new comers. Again when these new comers will become old in the company, no value for this people. So the same cycle continues.

Few employee benefits can be added to motivate the employees like anniversary celebrations and gifts

Employees are nice, the whole process is well structured, good team building sessions, and good employee engagement, you will directly work with CEO

Dislikes

Bad/toxic work culture, no work life balance, they always put blame on you, too much office politics, on notice period they will make it hell for you.
