I was on contract job in propellum. Company is really great in terms of compensation and other benefits. The one thing I loved most about propellum was the helping manager and HRs. It was an amazing journey with them and I never wanted to leave this job but sometimes we had to do some changes. Overall experience was good and growth is good for permanent employee.

Dislikes

There is no much dislike about propellum but I the only thing is they only hired you for just a time period or on contract. A person gives time to a company only to be a part for long time.

Likes

It's a very small company with just 20- 25 employees. So it's like you know everyone from the top management and they know you. It's like a little Indian family where everyone work together and gossip about each other. The good thing is the Job security.

Dislikes

Skill development is almost zero, You have to rely on yourself or the internet to learn something new. And company has no policy that can help you financially to improve your skills. And it's like you live in a place where one person is incharge of everything, Literally everything, from deciding which snack to keep in pantry to how the web page should look like or to who gets how much appraisal.

There is absolutely no growth here. they are doing just a kind of data entry by the name of data analysis. Propellum was good company before covid but things change after that. Management treat interns like a slave and even after working for 10-12 hours, they will ask you to leave once they are done. Upper management has no vision at all. It becomes a lala company now.

I was an intern at Propellum Infotech. And they gave a great opportunity as a data analyst. With Propellum Infotech my experience was very nice. If you got such opportunity please go ahead.

No proper explanation for the kind of work you are doing. They expect you should learn everything by your own. Even after completing the work, someone else is given the credit for it ! No appreciation. Hiring is also very poor and they tell you the skill set mismatch reason afterwards when they don't have the particular work for you. People here judge you by your looks not deeds. worst company to work ....
