Manager is an psyco timing is morning 9.30 to 8.30 and more depends .. No work life balance No employee are there with tenure of 3years + There are some private time in office we must not visit that time .. They have shit product which is costly too compared to other competitors...

Everything, don't support from senior, when join the company HR and other senior don't tell the target, but after join 1.5 month give tremendous pressure. Each and every day Sales. It's like door to door sales. All time managers through demotivate, I don't know how is it possible create Market in 1.5 month client don't know the brand. They don't give time and they play fire and fired policy.

To be Honest,This is the best company I have been working and willing to work for the long-term. Everyone is very professional here and management gives enough support to new joining and no chance for foul language like any other sales companies. I would definitely suggest for joining here.

There is no professional ethics in this company, managers have made Team leaders to old employees in this company,who're even not able to handle the team properly,lots of politics,you won't get any support by TL and managers, I have been the worst experience and regret to join here.
