Month end is Sunday have to work in office and working on Saturday in full time is not comfortable

Once you build a business from scratch they pressurise you ask you to resign and regional managers are biased. your have to request and beg for on time claim settlements. Personal relations are always above professionalism. Owners do not care about employee and many people on higher ranks have a use and throw policy
