Being a propkeys employee I like the culture and transparency about the company and being a real estate company it is very important to have salary and incentive on time. And propkeys did that on time. So I'm fully satisfied on every level.

Dislikes

...about my company as they don't do much marketing of the well being of employees. Like they distribute salary and incentive on time but didn't do more marketing about the same.

Didn't support in terms of lead support system no timing hiring for 8 hours person do job 12 to 14 hours a day . Didn't provide any exprience cum Releaving letter , choose poor product for sales .

Dislikes

Purely dislike because of they partially support people and deduct the salary if sales not done . No leads within 2 months ping the pip .

Everything is well maintained with discipline. Every team is hard working and with full of achievers specially Team Panthers I like the most on the floor. Specially Nikhil Sharma & Sameer Verma the most consistent leader who has supported me in every step.

Interior of our office should me little classy.

-Senior team is supportive ( only if you become yesmen to them and keep on lying to customers)

-Salaries are deducted without any proper calculations -No product to sell - Most of the products they have are either a stuck property or has some kind of issue which becomes difficult to sell - No traning provided - Entire system of the company is based on lies ( both to customers and self ) -Its not a career pls don't end up coming here !
