Top management talk illogical think with logical persona they have different work to do but they don't have any work to do ao they involve in all the thinks even u buy a tools or do some R&D or maintenance they involve in everything they place the dedicated person for this but I'll already told they don't have work to do they see only one mistake and not see the yearly effects of a employee and dedication towards company top management with bottom thinking

Middle management is a huge problem. Won't be surprised if every coworker leaves the company because of it. Also expecting to work for free is a thing here around the clock. Work life balance? Don't expect such things. Be ready to give your soul for scraps.

My opinion about job security is very bad on this because I saw so many people are hire and fired.work culture it is some was good compare to job security it's good because of nice staff members.

It's ok company nothing to write about lot of politics. Inexperience staff from head to toe all politics any working there will have a terrific experience
