Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the managment doesn't address our issues. Salary is very poor. No on time payments, no draftsman available.

Am engineer at pronet technologies pvt ltd company. At Ahmedabad metro project.. This company management is very bad and salary experience 2 to 3 month credit in your account.

Project management.. No time to salary credit in your account. Or no one answer any calls HR admin...

Actually i liked the project and i was in love with my work. but owner never taken any kind of decision in respect to complete the project.

Dislikes

owner are greedy, they don't care about employee and his family. Salary cutting. my full and final still not done as its been 1 and half year for me to resign from that organization

Superiors were supportive while struggles

Dislikes

No job training, No insurance (Has to eat a high amount of dust from site), No better amenities(room provided was terrible) , No transportation support (Site and room were more than 1km apart), Superiors does not care to call bad words and uses offensive languages.
