It's the one of most growing industry in odisha ,india and I proud of myself for part of the company . The company provides many functions for employees about safety,development of nearby villages structure and programs.

I am feeling very grateful for working in this company since last two years. Talking about job security was far better than the other companies I know. Work culture is very good. The employees are so cooperative about all the things. Safety was the top most priority in this company. Here the management organised some meetings or training programs for extending our knowledge about all the instruments, safety and all the things. Here we get very good experience about all industrial related issues. I just love this company...

Dislikes

I don't have any dislikes about this company but one thing I am very much disappointed about the communication system such as road. This will be heard that the company very soon work on it.
