Chairman has progressive vision for education as alumnus BITS Pilani. - The grievance leave initiated by the Chairman. - HRIS system created by Chairman's IT company QAIT.

Dislikes

- Academic Dishonesty. - Company culture: non IB fundamentals in practice, suffers Head HR Politics, gender politics at work - Non-inclusive environment for exptariate and multicultural. - Tends to manipulate data & privacy of employees by synchorizing emoyee's personal devices.

No one think I liked about this company

Dislikes

It was the baddest decision of my life to work in this company because there is no problem in this company and owner of this company Mr. Mukesh Dharma but the employees of this company are damaging it. I worked almost 1 year but I saw there is no job security in this company my manager threatened me to dismiss from this company and there is no promotion chances the salary increament vary between 5% to 8% which I think very low and there is very less holidays you have to work on national events like independence day, republic day and many more and there is no salary for working on these extra days they only give you a pl which are only allowed to use on Saturday employees are pressurised to use their pl on Saturday because there is very low working day is Saturday in that company but this is not fair not my thinking all the staff are not satisfied with this and there is no value of support staff in this company and there are no fixed working hours of support staff the manager says that the time of duty is 7am to 4pm.but after joining job they deny that this line was told to employees so I suggest to not to work in support staff of this company

1.Excessive office politics & senior management promotes it due to this conflicts increase between team mates & work environment gets worst 2.Lack proper procedures & practices due to this one is always in doubts about task executed 3.Job security is zero & one is always insecure. Attrition rate is very high. 4.No proper training to admin staff 5.No proper scale or yard-stick for salary & appraisal as some executives are highly paid then their managers. Which again increases insecurity & differences. 6.Work-life balance is negative as huge tasks & responsibilities were imposed without proper planning & processes. And there is always an URGENCY situtation which makes life miserable.

The school is led by the best people in the education industry. They keep giving you opportunities to prove your mettle. You also get to learn 21st century skills which is imperative in these times.

Dislikes

I wish there was more work life balance. Due to micro management in all areas, you are doing something or the other even if it's a weekend and you want to give your best. Personal life and mental health does get neglected at times.
