as of nothing good provided by Prometheus to employees. Work and management is very pathetic

...th. People sitting in US have no ground situation reality for Indian Offices. No promotion and salary hikes. internal benefits are minimum to NIL.

...ge of DME. Our Phoenix team is the best in Prometheus. Good environment to work. Salary and appraisal be gud.

2years bond is the bad cuture they maintaining till now. One way cab is the disadvantage.They didn't support if the employee health condition is bad, in the case of relieving they refuse to give experience certificate and prove us a abscound. HR team plays with the employees future. Even they didn't provide offer letter or appointment letter for proof also.

The only good part of working was very few people are good. They would not prefer any female employees to stay back late however I did stay back late when I had work.

Dislikes

There is alot of internal politics. The US team should closely look into the operations in India. I specifically had a problem with my manager as he has no technical knowledge on the compliance and audit part. Also the manager lacks empathy. People who have stayed longer in the organisation overlook the problems as they want to secure their position.

You will only find a few good employees around.

Apparently my manager has made life difficult for me. Also he has his own set of favourites who he favours. All at the top level are a team who exploit people below them.
