Not good environment for career growth. The management are very poor, some teammates are supportive, but not all. There is huge pressure of work, and expectations are high from us. Company policies are not good, as they are hire on some salary amount, but after couple of months they reduce it as expectations are not fulfill.

Dislikes

You have to do work independently. You will not get the support. Poor policies. Some manager are supportive.
