Salary on time, office party, office picnic.

I’m not satisfied with Work culture and office culture at Kolkata office, MD is a great person but some. No salary structure Junior or senior can get same package.

There is no proper timings for office. And manager also not good. When we do mistake means they will keep that matter in mind and they will take revenge on the employees. Its not good place to work.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. Salary is decent but career is not there.

Work-Life balance is nil. Management forces you to work at midnight to give support even after working for the whole day. No one is care about employees' mental health. Resources are very less. Everything needs to be done on an urgent basis. Everyone knows what are the problems facing in a product but at the time of discussion they said why don't you correct that thing, but they don't even bother to allow time for that. The very bad manager doesn't have the patience every time humiliates employees. Force employees to work on weekends.

The people and how they are happy to accept everyone in their family. And the amount of guidance and the level of it is overwhelming in a good way.

Dislikes

Less time for personal life is all I can say. Not always but, 60%-70%

You will have work life balance while working in this firm but also have to face a lot of politics that it will start suffocating you and also impact your quality of work.

Dislikes

Politics, no infrastructure, no cafeteria, no people management, no proper hierarchy , very poor HR systems, salaries not given on time
