Very Good company. Atleast you should be average performer to secure your job. On time salary. I.e on last day of the month. Processs oriented company. Management is good. Policies are at par with IT market

Dislikes

Currently more clients are India based, unlike earlier. Quite difficult to work with Indian clients, since I was used to work with their USA and Europian clients earlier, viz, WB, UAC

... to put up Questions/Doubts related to work & they are always ready to help you. They Don't cut your pay if you're coming little bit late. I was Trainee so can't talk about compensation & benefits. As a Business Development, their training is enough to give you wider prospective of market in IT, Digital & Aerospace but again it depends on what you grab from activities assigned to you (think widely & smartly). Management is very much approachable. Festivals are celebrated on time in office. Hiring is done instantly with less stages of hiring process. Hence, you will get a chance to prove yourself during your stay in the Company. Cons- You will work all alone. Come prepare with skills as they won't sit with you to teach everything. (Learn from outside Sources, if possible). I would rate bit low on job security. It's a good company for fresher to have a start .Especially for those who are very active in learning things on their own & wanted to work a bit harder. Any issues with job/work/life feel free to approach anyone in the company including MD. There's no traveling in this job profile & it is mostly a desk job.

One of the worst encounters of worst company i have worked on. No training facility. Not a proper/genuine team structure. No response from upper management on any issue. No job security. No learning and working environment.

Dislikes

Due to lack of structural management.....There is no scope for career growth.....Not proper salary pay roll.......working environment as pathetic as it can be
