Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Tunnels provide safe, environmentally sound, fast, and unobtrusive urban mass transit systems. City traffic tunnels clear vehicles from surface streets, traffic noise is reduced, air becomes less polluted and the surface street areas may partially be used for other purpose

Dislikes

One of the biggest challenges in tunneling is dealing with continually varying geological conditions. Unexpected geological conditions, such as weak rock, high groundwater pressure, or fault zones, can give rise to significant delays and high construction costs.
