Mr. Pradeep is very good and he is very polite with their employees and always help then when they are in need and also try to provide additional support to their team. Overall he is a Amazing person

Bad management! Manager and team lead only come in picture when we make a mistake. I was a new joinee and none of them ever asked how's the training going or gave any moral support.

I like Nothing, too much partiality between employees.

I think to much politics are there in project people. Even if your performance is tooo good they will terminate you. And those employees whose performance is not good they will survive in the company. I don't know what guideline is this

Salary and security about the employee

People working there are not genuine. They only try to pull people down. Cannot grow there full of politics. But there are few people who r very good but they cannot do anything there. One of the worst thing to work cannot have ever a break of 5 minutes
