A lot of politics happens in the office. Working here mental peace cannot be achieved. School like rules are made, the management tries to control your personal life and choices. Also asking for leaves is a sin here.

If you want to do work hard and explore more, then Project Objects is the right place for you. Most of the members are supportive and helpful in nature and here the culture is nice ( we travel, party, smartly work, etc.) Personally, I learned so much here and enhanced my skills, raise my quality of work every day and the reason behind was the new challenges which I got, so thanks to the mentors and Project Objects India. I spend above 3 Years with the PO family and hoping for many more years to go.

Dislikes

Everything is great here, and the management always trying hard to go for more betterment. And it's our responsibility also to keep motivated and do the best we can. work-life balance is an important factor but somehow we involve so much in our work, sometimes we didn't get the required space for the personal life. But it's fine every day is not the same day.

There is lot of things to learn and upgrade your skill, company using many technologies that is beneficial for a new person in IT industry, There is no discrimination between any employee, Company treated everyone as same. The environment and culture of this company is very good. Company always try to do some new things to make environment good.

There is no such disliking things but I think privilege leave should be allowed after completion of training.

I have completed four months in this company and I liked the most about project objects is the opportunities, day to day learning they provided to their employees to get more and more skilled, Environment, culture, innovative approach and the the way they treated thier employees.

I don't have such experiences to dislike anything , regarding the above mentioned criteria in this company yet.
