Progton provides food coupons, entertainment,Indoor games,Plan for a Holiday trip . Talking about timings there is flexibility. And work life balance is amazing to work.

Dislikes

Working late nights and in weekend 10-15 hours straight in a day I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night, Manager don't value an individual's unique strengths,which is why I have to take back suggestions most of the times, I do receive appreciation emails from my clients but they mostly go unnoticed during mid year appraisal.
