Toxic work environment. Too much work pressure. No management at all. No timely salary. Deductions in salary without any reason. No HR policies. they don't even provide joining letter or leaving letter. You always have to work overtime because they give every task to u on urgent basis and wanted it whether u have to go home. Co founder is so unprofessional doesn't know how to behave with employees. Bad language in front of everyone. Pressing you again and again. Giving all their work to just one person and then pressure them that much that they loss their control and leaves the organisation. If u want to get depressed and mentally unstable u can join otherwise any good organization.

Likes

Friendly work environment. Freedom for taking initiates and scaling them. You can have open discussions with anyone in the company. No hierarchy is followed as such, so even freshers get to share their ideas and thoughts openly. You easily get paid for what you deserve. It's a start-up environment and culture, so hustling remains a part of it, but it becomes fun when you love what you are doing. Office parties are an added advantage here.

You don't dislike things till the time you love your work.

Its great to work with well experienced people in the organization. They have been supportive and have given me lot of learnings. Salaries come on time and flexible culture help in growth.

They need more professionals in accounts department.
