Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. Dislikes

No work-life balance, comparatively less salary, during the time of appraisals they’ll start demotivating you. Not much appreciation on great achievements. No outings, office parties or any celebrations. Boring people, boring culture. Micro management is there. No professionalism. Don’t join, wait for a better opportunity

This one is my 6th company as profession and i can clearly say that the best one as well. I have learned so much by the owner itself. The work environment is so friendly. There is no time restrictions like you have to complete 8 hrs in a day. Quarterly office parties organised by seniors and owners itself. BEST PART IS TIMELY SALARY. Toxic work environment. Too much work pressure. No management at all. No timely salary. Deductions in salary without any reason. No HR policies. they don't even provide joining letter or leaving letter. You always have to work overtime because they give every task to u on urgent basis and wanted it whether u have to go home.
