My overall experience at the company has been fantastic. I love my job. I got opportunity to learn a lot of things in your organisation. All of things are good but any type of festival bonus was not provided by company .which is not good at all

I joined on its a startup company but now it develops a lot, salary getting on time,some benifit also giving in work, work location poor, no growth in this current work.

They are not offering client side benifits, based on clients the work culture is different and nothing growth in desktop support.

Salary delayed on every month, They assure 10th of every month salary will credited, but they will pay for us on 11th,12th 13th of every month, no payslips,no pf/esi

There is no promotion or salary hike, salary credit date is on 7th day of every month. there is no support from HR side, they won't pick up call if we need support from their side, if they need any information from my side they will follow up continuously.
