it doesn't give any bonus on Diwali It doesnt have any planning for the skill development of its personnel. There are only two meeting of the consultant engineer throughout the tenure.....one at joining and the last is during resignation tine. There is no any job training ...there is only option that you have to self study and switch the other company.

Have worst agreements, cheque policy following, and no growth with this company. No increments, very disappoint will experience.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

But that will make you compensate with your compensation later in your carrier beacause you will get salary hike based on your last drawn salary. No training will be there for you. You yourself have to learn and prove yourself and by change you are not able to prove or adapt.. You are gone. Client says he is out and you are out in next day...
