Managers take issues personally instead of professionally. Due to this seniors behave you can't feel your job secure. Also managers ignored your hard work.

There is only one benefit that you have no worries about your job security.

There is no workflow. If you have been hired than only management will decide where you have been puted. And obviously there is a lots of office politics.

It was good till people genuinely takes care of others, gives respects etc but now the scenario has completely changes

Now the scenario is of licking the shoes if you have to be in system otherwise if you put your point you will be everyone's enemy

Progression is so much better than my previous companies. all team members are supporting and helping nature. No job risk. Career growth is very good. Salary & Appraisal is process time to time without any type of delay. good working environment. Not any issue of holidays and leaves.
