This company management so good. Staff environment is so good 👍 and then last trusted company for client.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent and growth is very fast. The work pressure is very high some times. And I have to work 12-13 hr straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the day but no problem good service over all. But salaried so low.

Hierrichal Structure of Team needs to be reviewed in some areas and should be in such a way that your subordinate growth should be directly proportional to your growth. So that Every leader pushes his/her team to be better instead of being feared of losing/transfer on of his position on his subordinate progress.
