the only thing good about this company is it gives salary on time apart for it its like wasting time. after working for a year and two you will realize that instead of going up u have seriously fallen down in your skills. company treats you worst than a labour.

Dislikes

no job security. they will just mail you from tomorrow don't come to office from tomorrow and there is no one can do any thing about it. they will not even look what are you capable of or what are your skills set u will just be fired with out any reason. no increments in salary. in fact there is a decrement every year at the time of renewal of your contract. apart from salary no special allowance are given even if its company work u have to spend from your pocket. no over time and the work is always in overtime. if u get any offer from this company and if r ready to wast your skills and life join it.

Its a bad company to work with, top managers always not qualified with no skill,experience is on cv only for those managers,company required full change regarding the way of recruitment

The way of employees choice also delays in sallery and the unfair system of human resources rules and regulations
