The company is not capable of paying the salary to its employee. Iam the ex employee of profinch still the 6 month salary is pending to be payed . When it is asked to an HR the reply was " The Company doesn't have the money . Once we have it , We may pay the amount "

Only fresher entry is good for learning

Not anything in proper way like salary hike, I got 2 time hike within 4 year, 6-7 month salary not paid and not updating anything last financial year bonus tax deducted but still bonus not credited and asking account dept still saying no update.

Only positive thing is flexible timings

No salaries for 3 to 4 months, I raised questions they directly ask us to leave the company and wont get respect form seniors and HR doesnt reply at all. Worst management and toxic work culture.

In paper they give good hike but the salary credit will be an issue.

Not paying the employee properly. As of now for the entire company 2 month of salary is pending. No freedom to speak if you ask question you will cornered for an issue ur not involved
