It is a team of 11-15 members, the colleagues are amazing, supportive, funny and are ready to teach and learn too. The work environment is very positive. Team delivers work on and before time. Bonding within the team is great. Always appreciative of each others task. Best part is they serve as each other's best critics. Leader is always keen on discussing and knowing the thought process of the team while carrying out a project.

Dislikes

...eason was valid enough. But someone else also was fired without a prior warning. Pay structure is really poor. Wants to have the best team but is not willing to pull out money from the pocket.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
