Freshers get a good exposure to industrial automation. Friendly and experienced coworkers who are verymuch supportive.

Dislikes

Low Salary package compared to other competitors. No work from home. Saturdays are working.

Managers and heads only have minds to earn to into their own pockets.No consideration towards employees, especially in salary hike and appraisal.Dont expect a high pay or anything from this company.Learn something new and get lost.

One of the Best automation company for the development and implementation of industrial Automation, Process Automation and Building Automation. They're providing good service support for any instrumentation products like PLC, SCADA, VFD, HMI , AMC etc...I personally felt that, with their 20+ years of experience in industries, they're masters in this field now.

Proficient Automation is indeed a great place to work. The company atmosphere is good. The colleagues are always supportive. There are a plenty of opportunities to learn about new technology. The work life balance also good. Work pressure is less is compared to other companies and we get salary on time.
