...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Mangment, HR are hiring with fake commitment when people in systems promise will break when come in systems.Daily two-three meeting in a week. Every week change locations and vision they have no any clarification employees always seems in confusion.

Only salary come in time otherwise nothing good.

Learned how not to do business and different ways of rejecting the cases and harassing customers by not providing any clarity and poor TAT and employee harasment.

Not willing to do business because cnt take risk and dependency on only few credit managers as new once do not join..attrition is very high in sales and credit..only old lobby is surviving bcoz of favoritism

My reporting manager Partha Karmakar was not helpful he comes office at 12.45pm and leaves at 5.30 everyday. I didn't get any support from him he only support Asish Upadhyay. In office time he only watch movie at NETFLIX
