Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. My reporting manager Partha Karmakar was not helpful he comes office at 12.45pm and leaves at 5.30 everyday. I didn't get any support from him he only support Asish Upadhyay. In office time he only watch movie at NETFLIX

Worst culture No Sleep month ends On one side they say read the cases well before PD, do the Tele PD...on the other side they want PD to be scheduled within 1 hr of login. Credit can't survive in this company. 12+ hrs working everyday. If top management reading this...take urgent action on maintaining the healthy work culture. Noone wants to stay in this company. No brand name, no growth.
