Nothing Good at Prospectus. Company Start in 2017. So old employees who joined earlier have created a Syndicate so if you work as per their norms than only you can survive.

Old Employees making difficult for new commers to survive Company running month end 24 by 7 basis. If 31st is momth end than employee come office in morning 9.30 and go home on 1st morning around 11 AM. Full night stay at office whether work or not. People sitting straight 48 hours without sleep. Due to this stress most of employees left job. New employee get fear to perform n awake whole night. No such company exist in finance field. No work no employee retention support. This kind of work practice make senior employee most powerful. They do what they like. Company cant getting good manpower. All are getting disappointed....Read More
