Mangment, HR are hiring with fake commitment when people in systems promise will break when come in systems.Daily two-three meeting in a week. Every week change locations and vision they have no any clarification employees always seems in confusion.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Work life balance...no un-necessary pressure because no business

The worst vertical to work with is EML- Secured Loans Dsa vertical wherein the top sales management is extremely weak and do not support the team...Credit is extremely conservative and dsnt let the sales thrive...High attrition in sales, a bad name in the market among channel partners- not willing to give business due to poor sanction rate and very high TAT...Not a good company for sales professionals...

Other dept like school and machinery funding was good.

My reporting manager Partha Karmakar was not helpful he comes office at 12.45pm and leaves at 5.30 everyday. I didn't get any support from him he only support Asish Upadhyay. In office time he only watch movie at NETFLIX
