Salary is okay for fresher only.not for 2 3 years experience.junior and senior are same salary.this is more disadvantages for Prodapt.

Work timing is Good. Respectful team members. Salary on time.

There is no proper information for new joiners. New joiners only call to hr and ask about what will be next. What will be the next. Like that. Promotion to other department is too long. I Think 18 months to change the department from the current posting.

...gh politics... In my notice period was taken a long leave with intimation only.. but they mail us abscond and my monthly salary was too late and was getting my salary next month 20th only.. guys don't waste your golden days and time with this organisation

In one word environment is good and friendly. Other things are not satisfied.

...eople are close to managers and having growth as well as moving into IT field. About salary, no one employee's are not satisfied, because even their basic necessity is not fulfilled then how could they have a wealthy family.

The work culture, work life balance is good. HR conducts various programs to mix and collaborate with people. All the people (irrespective of their position) is reachable. Good System and policies in place.

Dislikes

When it comes to Appraisal and salary hike, it is too low. Only organisation where senior people gets promotion very easily . No promotion to mid level and junior level people. Recruits senior people at very high salary frequently . The senior level people enjoy good growth, enjoy their life . Also when you leave, HR bugs to take your basic pay even after the project releases you. 90 days notice period.
