Dislikes

Salary hikes are low and appraisals do not happen on time. Once appraisals are done around let's say October, they will not pay the difference from April to October as per appraised salary. They will promote the employees but will not pay the salary that comes with the title. The chance you will get any bonus is almost zero. Overtime will not be paid for but you have the option to take complimentary off for extra work.

YOE 3.9 years, 4.91 lpa Currently working as a Business Intelligence Analyst and my tech stack is sql, tableau, AWS and python (not much).it feels stuck in current job as I'm trying to switch for past 6 months. 3 months notice period causes issue while having calls from naukri and through LinkedIn no response. Please suggest what I could do and also referrals if any for BIA/ DA roles. Also what Salary i could expect for my next switch and companies to target. Learned Power BI as well Thanks in Advance :)
