Leave policy is good. Zero tolerance policy towards inappropriate behavior. You can connect with CEOs and upper management makes effort to connect with employees.

Dislikes

Salary hikes are low and appraisals do not happen on time. Once appraisals are done around let's say October, they will not pay the difference from April to October as per appraised salary. They will promote the employees but will not pay the salary that comes with the title. The chance you will get any bonus is almost zero. Overtime will not be paid for but you have the option to take complimentary off for extra work.

No hike, no proper promotion, not recognizing the smart work completion, keep on adding works without any hike year on year. Not providing any proper skill development courses and many more.

Prodapt solutions is awsome place to work. Salaries are paid on time without delays, the work culture is very good and flexible, Prodapt has provided me with a fantastic working environment

Little bit partiality and they won’t understand the employees personal situations

No balanced work life, Politics, Less hike sometime no hike, Struggle reach out top management. Mean while no proper response

Good place to work and nice compensation (if u negotiate good before joining)

Dislikes

Poor HR department. They do not care about employees. They will make new rules which will make employees go mad. Cafeteria has limited options and only veg. Management ppl were not winning any projects, Many ppl are in bench and eventually laid off.
