Salary given in 2 installments by keeping 15 days salary in hold. Notice period is 90 days, fnf will be done after 120 days, most imp ur salary will be on hold during notice period. HR has kept office assitance as personal assitance. HR job is to butter boss and polish, HR spent all day in boss cabin, no employee freindly policy, no yearly appraisal policy, no job security, better to open a pan shop instead of joining this company, full of office politics. There are 4 mosquitos who runs the operation like a marwari shop. Accountant, boss, HR manager & Delivery Manager, this 4 people do whatever they wish to with emoloyees, enjoy all personal benefits.

Uncomfortable Company policies. No confirmation even after 6 months. No hike, no appraisal, no bonus. Management and manager are not transperant. Zero benefits.

They are delaying my salary. For march only half of the salary is paid. Rest is uncertain. Always lying. Everything is fake. Total fraud.

It's a big fraud company. They lied about everything. Do not join even if you don't have a job.

They do not keep thier words and they give increment once in 19 month and that also very less also the system is worst their is no scope of growth only those who can do buttering they get the benefits else you can't. The company is not at all employee centric
