Politics is very very very very dangerous level ,SM will take Alcohol and take concall almost trice a week even p&g people on roll Kam also know as and HR also but there r helpless ,very scary that I never seen like this in sales never before

MY Advice is not join in P&G company in India because salary less work pressure more and mentally and physically human suffered monthly targets and additionall targets toomuch increse incentives of additional target not received properly

All is well but I am not satisfied to saalry .who's given by distributor

There is a lot of poltics and the management doesnot address our issues salary is also decent given by distributor but carrer growth is slow

...s sallery I am working DSE and some time delivery boy I don't like this And Salary was very less this company Actually I work in Hyderabad in sriven corporation......? After I leave this company I didn't get my full provident fund amount I am very upset this one But p&g is very very good

I didn't get any option for my promotion despite of my professional eligibility & experiences of working in various geographical locations in west Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand & eastern UP. Neither I got my job transfer in my preferred location like west Bengal despite of several persuasion!
