This work is very good But by working in it one cannot take any big steps in life. It's salary has been kept very low. 😒

There are too many responsibilities at work at . If any goods is lost in the hands of the workers, then they have to pay the cost of the Good's. Due to which people with low wages suffer huge losses. So they leave work.

I didn't get any option for my promotion despite of my professional eligibility & experiences of working in various geographical locations in west Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand & eastern UP. Neither I got my job transfer in my preferred location like west Bengal despite of several persuasion!
