Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Product are really very good of this company which help to give the confidence of representing to the doctor and policy are very good and the culture is also good

Dislikes

...strative work to do and they give you unnecessary work and have to travel a lot. There is no career growth in this field and very poor salary

Its a simple rule here. If you do your monthly targets on time than your life is heaven.

Dislikes

If you don't do your monthly targets, your life is hell and due to pressure eventually you gonna quit from here.

If you’re on direct payroll then the organisation is great. They organise a lot of growth programs. Culture is great. But again, you will only get these benefits IF you’re on direct payroll

Dislikes

If on 3rd party payroll, then the growth is stagnant. Repetitive operations work. You get to work on the scraps. Little to no exposure to anything.
