Everything from the work for the role, salary, career growth is a dud. Though the upper management especially the COO is very clear with his expectations, the next level management does all politics to ensure only they grow.

You will be recognized if you are a good performer and the growth will be drastic. Organization helped to work from home until lockdown to ensure their employees safety. Strength of company is having well knowledge people in all levels.

Salary is good but growth is slow after some point of time. Not sticking with policies and changing it for person to person.

Prochant is a best platform and I am also joined as a fresher. Prochant working environment is good and I gained knowledge about this domain

If workers are working on Saturday management paid only per day salary but we need double payment and Miscommunication with manager and workers those things are I am facing so that I am mentioned

No appraisal, No recognition for hard work,they will increase work not salary, No floor manners and etiquette, No respect for senior users. Changing HR norms frequently in favour to organization. No proper BGV and recruitment particularly EV team in intake.
